Kidz Korner Daycare is licensed to care for children 6 weeks through 5 years. Admission is based on availability of space and completion of the following:
*Full-time consist of five (5) full days: Monday- Friday with no more that ten hours per day of care. Note: additional hours must be approved by the director.
* Part-time hours consist of three (3) full days of parents’ choice with no more than ten (10) hours of care OR five (5) full days with no more than five (5) hours of care per day. The hours for part-time are on a morning or afternoon schedule ONLY.
Morning- 8:00am-1:00pm
Afternoon 1:00pm-6:00pm
- complete DCFS enrollment form
- DCFS consent form
- Physical form with doctors’ signature
- copy of childS birth certificate
- ISBE lunch form
